When Dropping off You Must Sign a Waiver Stating that To
 The Best of Your Knowledge the Animals You Are Delivering Are Free
 Of Any Drug Residue (ie. Antibiotics)

Include in the email your name, farm name (if applicable), phone number, number of animals you would like butchered, and approximate date. We will email you back within 1 week with the dates closest to your request that is available.

We suggest booking 1-3 months in advance for  February-July For Beef
We suggest booking for Fall and Winter Dates Early in The Calendar Year.  
WE WILL FILL UP EARLY FOR AUGUST - JANUARY

ALL FARMERS AND LIVESTOCK TRANSPORTERS  Must Adhere to ALL FSIS Regulations Regarding Humane Handling of Livestock.
This includes when your livestock is still in your trailer or if you are unloading your own livestock.
